This new EMS documentation training series targets 911 EMS providers by providing 9 "mini" modules that are between 5 -15 minutes in length each that allows for better scheduling of training time for busy Fire/EMS agencies. Each mini-module typically discusses 1-3 documentation related data points that focuses not only on the importance of how each relates to the billing and/or liability aspect, but also provides tips on how to effectively document each. Finally, each of the modules now incorporates the new "interactive training" approach into each, allowing the user to actually participate in their training rather than just watching it.
